Red flags are not always easily distinguishable. Sometimes they are hidden behind other positive attributes that we prefer to exclusively pay attention to. It's amazing how much our minds will play tricks on us when we're trying to convince ourselves that everything is okay in a relationship. It's so hard and feels somewhat embarrassing to admit that a relationship might be toxic. Luckily there are Reddit lists like this where you can see that you're probably not alone.
